Project idea
The result had to be a slick website designed pared with an app with 2 separate interfaces to be managed by OMNI, their property investment clients and their rental tenants.
Target Audience Process
After all the requirements were set and analyzed, our development team got to work. As the most demanding part of the project the app design and functionality was properly planned not only match the website features but enhancing them for a even better user experience. The project came to life after only 4 months of developing the website, app as well as the admin control panel.

Implementing a B2b processing functionality
OMNI needed a simple and quick way to upload new listings from a third party MLS provider attached to their api as well as individually uploading of their own exclusive listings from their admin panel.

Building the management console for the app
With such an extensive reach within the company out to the end user, OMNI required a easy to to use console for them to speak directly in real time with their clients. We created a system where they could upload new services, live chat, upload map directions and more.

Property Search
Extensive property search filter system automatically finding the required results both from direct listings and MLS properties uploaded in real-time from third parties websites via api connections. New listings and sold properties automatically updated every second hour through the MLS system.
